The pilot, who used to fly presidential planes, headed Uzhgorod airport

The former director of the regional municipal enterprise "Airport "Uzhgorod" Volodymyr Horynetsky was dismissed from the office due to expiry of the contract. By the decision of the second session of the Transcarpathian Regional Council, Vadim Nichyk was appointed the new head of the airport, [email protected] informs.

Vadim Nichyk is 55 years old. He graduated from the Aktyubinsk Higher School of Civil Aviation, specialty "Operation of air transport" with the qualification of "engineer-pilot." Total work experience is 28 years. For a long time he worked at the State Aviation Enterprise "Ukraina" as a pilot, instructor pilot, squadron deputy commander and deputy commander of the flying squad. He was a pilot of aircrafts serving the prsidents of the country. Vadim Nichyk signed a contract for 5 years.
