The next international Taekwon-Do tournament may take place in Uzhgorod (PHOTOS)

From 4 to 6 of November, an international Taekwon-Do tournament "Ukraine open cup" was taking place in the city of Rivne, mukachevo.today reports.

The competition was attended by 505 athletes from 14 regions of Ukraine, as well as teams of Moldova and Bulgaria. Uzhgorod was represented by the "KOROLOVYCH TEAM" consisting of 11 athletes, who won:

3 gold, 1 silver, 4 bronze medals.

Camilla Psayko, Dmytro Bushko and Stanislav Sember won the Cup of Ukraine.

Sofia Baranova won the 2nd place of the prestigious tournament.

Mark Kobzar, Emil Stanko, Serhiy Shaposhnikov, Dmytro Bushko won bronze medals of the Cup of Ukraine.

During the event, the rapid development of Taekwon-Do in our region was noted, and at the meeting of the heads of regional organizations, the head of the Transcarpathian regional organization of the "National Union of Taekwon-Do" Vladislav Korolovych filed an application for holding the next international tournament of Taekwon-Do "UKRAINE OPEN 2017" in the city of Uzhgorod.
