The man, who had set fire to himself in the square in front of the RSA, died

On Saturday, Uzhgorod resident Yuri Sohanych, who on Monday, July 29 doused himself with gasoline and set himself on fire on the lawn in front of the Regional State Administration building, died. The fact of the death was confirmed by the chief doctor of the Regional Clinical Hospital. 

Yuri Yatsyna reported that the man had had heart problems. Severe burns (about 50%), including that of the internal organs, made the situation even worse. The man passed away on Saturday, August 3. After the incident, he lived for another 6 days.

Recall the incident occurred a week ago on Monday, July 29. Then the mother of the victim suggested that the reason might be the land conflict with the neighbor. The case is still under investigation.
