The Commission members recognized the storm, that hit the region of July 7, a natural disaster of the local level. Irshava and Uzhgorod district state administrations were instructed to immediately carry out inspections of badly damaged dwellings and infrastructure facilities and submit information to the regional state administration. The relevant units of the Regional State Administration have to urgently prepare proposals on the sources of financing for disaster relief measures. It is also necessary to take immediate measures to repair damaged roofs using local material and financial reserves. Local budgets should grant victims (especially low-income families) material assistance.

The head of the Regional State Administration will be carrying out control over the implementation of the adopted decision, the press service of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration reported.
