2014 must become the year of energy savings in Transcarpathia! This is the opinion of Oleksandr Koval, the head of the "Tourinform Transcarpathia", teacher of UzhNU.
He wrote in his facebook: "The campaign: insulate your home, become independent of Russian gas! Those who are close to the RSA, please tell Valeriy Lunchenko and the team that 2014 should be the year of energy savings in Transcarpathia!
To reduce heating costs and dependence on gas!".
He asks the community – "What do you think? How can this be done?". People are keenly discussing the topic. While Oleksandr believes that energy efficiency should become a trend, others suggest not to wait for government measures, and insulate at least two houses to show an example. Sasha says that you can start as follows: "there should be co-financing, for example, 30% (community) to 70% (the state) and start with condominiums where there is self-organization and collective responsibility."
In any case, this issue can be considered an interesting idea for the new head of the region – to begin important work.
