The helicopter that landed in Uzhgorod Airport, had to fly to Budapest

This was announced by the Director of the International Airport "Uzhgorod" Volodymyr Horynetsky. He also said that the arrival was approved according to the relevant procedure. According to Horynetsky, the aircraft is owned by the Challenge Aero company engaged in VIP-transportation.

The helicopter departed to Uzhgorod from Lviv. Now, representatives of Uzhgorod Euromaidan, Self-Defense are waiting at the exit to the helicopter for customs officers to conduct an inspection of the aircraft.

According to the member of the Public Convent of Uzhgorod Euromaidan Vasyl Maniak, their goal is to find out who owns the aircraft, and whether it is not going to be used for illegal transportation of values from Ukraine.

They called the police, but no one answered. They are waiting for border guards.

When it became known that the helicopter was in Transcarpathia, pilots already were not there.

According to the helicopter navigator Yuliy Bobrov, the helicopter was flying from Kyiv via Lviv, the destination is Budapest, it has no cargo or passengers, it flies to Hungary for maintenance. Activists are set to inspect it.
