Today, January 29th, there was a national telephone conference chaired by the Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine Hennadiy Temnik. The first deputy head of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration Igor Svyshcho participated in the meeting.
Among the issues discussed during the meeting, there were the following: the progress of the heating season 2012-2013, the implementation of projects financed by the State Regional Development Fund, plans to implement the Program for the construction of affordable housing in 2013.
So, as for the heating season, there has been no disruption in the heating system in the region. All educational, medical facilities and houses are heated independently. District heating companies in the region pay for the consumed natural gas in full, there are no debts.
In the Transcarpathian region, the second phase of the Regional program "Affordable Housing" continues. This stage involves planning of territories, land allocation and leading of utilities, reconstruction of houses and more. Currently, in the region, 24 plots in total area of 31.14 hectares are reserved under the program "Affordable Housing".
