The government recognized Kholmok and Onokovtsi united communities capable

The decision to recognize Kholmok and Onokivtsi United Territorial Communities capable was adopted by the Cabinet today, March 3.

– According to Part 4 of Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Voluntary Association of Communities", Kholmok and Onokiv shall be recognized capable, – the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers states.

However, until the Government includes these communities into the Prospective Plan of Transcarpathia, there can be no direct intergovernmental relations between the Kholmok and Onokivtsi communities and Kyiv are impossible.

Recall that in December, the Government approved the Prospective plan for the formation of Transcarpathian united communities. However, Kholmok community, where the "Servant of the People" failed the elections, was not included in the prospective plan.
