The Executive Committee will… prohibit to install outdoor advertising?

Thus, the draft decision On outdoor advertising states: "To deny the Head of the Transcarpathian branch of the diplomat union of Ukraine A. Panov the permission to place a billboard near the Holy Cross Cathedral, in connection with the extension of the moratorium." Also, entrepreneur Komarnytska O. has been denied a permit for placing of outdoor advertising, namely a trilateral stella at L. Tolstoy street, 33. 

It should be noted that draft decisions have appeared on the official site of the city council.

The draft decision On providing places for social advertising provides for granting the charity fund of Ustin Maltsev the space for social advertising for the period from 17.07.2013 to 31.08.2013 at the following addresses: 

"1.1 Billboards (city-lights): 

 – Liberty Ave., 55; 

 – Liberty Ave., 45; 

– Liberty Ave. (near the cafe "Kryzhynka");

 – Zankovetska street; 

– Poshtova st., 3; 

– Shvabska st.;

  – Zhupanatska sq.;

 – Kyivska embankment (exit to the transport bridge)."

However, the draft decision provides a significant clarification – all that will be placed on existing boards.
