The defense in the case of the incident on the Dragobrat has no access to the case file and the video of the fight made public by the police they only saw online. This was announced today during a press conference by one of the lawyers Roman Bukhtoyarov, the UNN reports.
He also said that he and his clients had not seen the video, released yesterday by the police, before it appeared on the Internet.
In addition, the defense still does not know anything about the victims, their demands and claims.
R.Bukhtoyarov said that yesterday, January 19, he had filed a complaint against the Governor of Transcarpathia Hennadiy Moskal, who, according to the lawyer, on his personal website had disclosed the details of the preliminary investigation.
Today, the lawyers also submitted statements to the police about the injuries inflicted to their clients.
Recall that the next meeting of the Court of Appeal is postponed to January 22. The first meeting did not take place due to absence of the suspects who had not been escorted from Uzhgorod temporaty holding facility in time for the meeting.
