The decision to deprive Dombrovsky and Baloha of mandates is illegitimate – CEC

The decision to deprive MPs Pavlo Baloha and Oleksandr Dombrovsky of mandates now contradicts a number of laws. This was stated by the deputy chairman of the CEC Andriy Mahera on channel 5, reports Ukrinform.

According to him, in particular, the term of judicial review of actions of DEC has expired. After having taken the oath, the men became deputies of Ukraine, which is irreversible moment in legal terms, Mahera said.

Recall, February 8, the Supreme Administrative Court deprived Pavlo Baloha and Oleksandr Dombrovsky of people’s deputy powers.
