The celebration of the 1025th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus in Transcarpathia began at the RSA

Today, July 11, in the lobby of the Regional State Administration there was a solemn assembly dedicated to the 1025th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus, the press-center of the administration informs.  The meeting was attended by representatives of the regional administration, the first deputy council of the regional council, representatives of the regional clergy.

 It was the first of the planned events to celebrate the 1025th anniversary of the Baptism of Rus. Pursuant to the order of the President of Ukraine, this date will be celebrated in all settlements of Ukraine. The main event will take place in Kyiv, in late July.

 And today, the management of Mukachevo UOC diocese, Khust UOC diocese, management of Mukachevo Greek Catholic diocese were awarded with RSA diplomas.
