The "spinach flavored literary and artistic cocktail" will be held on Thursday, 14 April at 17.00, in the Transcarpathian Regional Universal Scientific Library (Svoboda Ave., 16), during which Ternopil writer Matsko Irina will present her collection "Spinach for the Brain", and the master of the first professional sand animation studio Oksana Merhut will show sand animation based of spinach works of the author.
"Spinach for the Brain" is a real creative laboratory. The author masterfully describes details, relishes them. This helps readers look at the world at different perspective. An inner spiritual beacon will be lit up inside everyone who is ready to embark on a spiritual journey and read these texts. The title of the book is deeply symbolic. It refers to the intellectual "spinach": we have to remember about the right choice, about overcoming loneliness, about crumbs of happiness in everyday life, about faith, after all, and gratitude for each passing day, and also about the ability to enjoy life.
The uniqueness of the book is that it can be read randomly. You turn a "dish" page with, for example, determination spinach, and learn that it is a step to a new one. According to Irina Matsko, regular consumption of the "Spinach for the Brain" slows down aging of the brain and reduces the devastating impact of negative thoughts, fills a person with power and energy.
