The Corruption Prevention and Detection Sector of the Main Office of the STS in Transcarpathian region informs that on March 17 the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine aimed at Preventing the Emergence and Spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19)" entered into force.
Among other things, amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption" were introduced, according to which the deadline for submission of annual declarations and declarations after resignation in 2020 was extended until June 1.
In addition, declaration subjects who were unable to file a declaration prior to resignation or notice of significant changes in their financial status by June 1 2020 due to quarantine measures in their territory shall be exempt from liability for late submission of such declaration or notice within the specified period.
