Tanks will be exhibited in Uzhgorod. For three days

On the occasion of the Day of the Defender, during three days, from October 14 to October 16, more than 300 models of military equipment will be presented at a joint event organized by the Movement to Support of Transcarpathian Soldiers and the Transcarpathian regional center of children’s scientific and technical creativity.

Venue: "Owl’s Nest" cellar, Uzhgorod, Ferenc Rakotsi II Street.

At the same place, at 17.00, on October 14, along with the travelling festival Docudays UA, there will be the opening of the exhibition "MY ARMY. See with your heart" and the presentation of the photobook ".RAW History of Changes of Ukrainians and the Army".

 "MY ARMY. See with your heart" is a documentary photo story about the second birth of the Ukrainian army, which is told by eyewitnesses of the Russian-Ukrainian war: servicemen of the Armed Forces and the National Guard, volunteers, medics – using their own photos.

The authors of the photobook ".RAW History of Changes of Ukrainians and the Army" are well-known photo journalists, curators from Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, the USA. Real, unprocessed photographs capture the events on the front and stories of the people making a history of a new society and a new army. 
The purpose of the photo project is to investigate the phenomenon of the revival of the Ukrainian army, to honor to the feat of Ukrainian soldiers and to look at the positive changes in the military through the eyes of eyewitnesses.
