Special Christmas gift to Budapest from Ukraine (PHOTOS)

On December 10, 2016, in the largest Catholic church of Hungarian capital, St. Stephen basilica, there was an incredible Christmas concert of the young and energetic Ukrainian quartet of tenors LeonVoci accompanied by Lviv symphony orchestra Ko. Leo Symphoniker.

The skillful virtuosos created an extraordinary festive mood with their performance of Felis Navidad, Jingle bells, Hallelujah, Ave Maria, The most wonderful time of the year, Holly night, Mary did you know, God bless us everyone, Shchedryk, Silent Night and other Ukrainian Christmas songs. Almost 500 spectators – Ukrainians, Hungarians and guests of Budapest – were present at the concert. The grateful audience gave standing ovation.

Translated from Italian and Spanish, LeonVoci is "Voices of Lions," or "Voices of Lviv" if you like. In 2015, this quartet was founded by Nazar Tatsyshyn, soloist of Lviv Philharmonic. The Ukrainian quartet LeonVoci popularizes classical music.

The group consists of professional singers, winners of international competitions and festivals and having international stage experience. The group members are:

• Nazar Tatsyshyn – tenor, leader of the group, 27 years old

• Roman Chava – tenor, 29 years old

• Igor Radvansky – tenor, 22 years old

• Andriy Stetsky – baritone, 32 years old.

Our boys sing in French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian, in such genres as opera, pop, pop-orera and opera crossover.
