Uzhgorod dwellers and town visitors keep watching how local ‘sculptures’ complete the famous sculpture of Uzhgorod ‘Uncle Kolya’ with waste for more than two weeks already.
Uzhgorod.in recorded mess in the city center on July 31 for the first time. Since then nothing has changed – more than a dozen of bags keep holding the briefcase. However, it became clear that the building on Korzo-Voloshyn Street is Sergei Ratushniak’s property, where workers clean and dry the basement. Nobody knows the purpose of their work.
Today, August 9, more than fifty tourists walked across the ancient city and watched in horror at this mess and, of course, they did not even dare to come closer to the famous monument of Uzhgorod.
