In the morning and afternoon of January 5, heavy snow is expected of the region. This was informed by the Office of the State Emergencies Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.
In mountainous districts, strenghthening of the north-west wind up to 15-20 m / s, snowstorms, and fog in the highlands. On the roads there will be ice, on the passes there will be snowdrifts.
