Smugglers failed to transport cigarettes across the Tisa river

 Last night, border guards of the Mukachevo detachment prevented attempted trafficking of contraband cigarettes across the border. Thus, having received information about possible illegal activity, border patrol from the Border Guard Department "Velyky Bychkiv" conducted a check of the Tisa river coastline, and as a result they found four packages of tobacco products 50 m away from the state border. These packages contained nearly two thousand packs of cigarettes "MARVEL". The contraband tobacco products were delivered to the department "Velyky Bychkiv." The found contraband will be handed over to employees to the fiscal service.

   And officers of the Border Guard Service department "Horonhlab", while monitoring the state border, found a bag with an inflatable mattress. Since the mattress was dry, it is likely that offenders were only preparing to commit illegal activity at the border.
