Second-hand in the middle of the street. Residents are outraged (PHOTOS)

This picture could have been seen today in the city center.   Surprised passers slowed down and tried to understand what was going on and what those things you need to go around are doing on the sidewalk.

The most popular version is that one of Uzhgorod second-hand strores, obviously, received "new" goods. But they unloaded them… in the middle of Koryatovich street. A strange approach to things that perhaps will be worn by people.

Bags were probably torn and sellers have not had time to pick up blouses, dresses, shoes and underwear to be subsequently sold, and, hence, tried on by customers. Someone was carrying the clothes in bags, but there was probably too much of it. Therefore, another version is that it is really garbage.  But why to dump it on the street? 

Second-hand clothes are in great demand in our city, but when things are randomly scattered on a street it is too much!
