Salad ‘Zakarpattia’ is prepared in one of the best restaurants of Moscow

The network of restaurants ‘Korchma ‘Taras Bulba’ is one of the most fashionable in Russia now. There are nearly twenty Ukrainian home cuisine restaurants in Moscow, recently the first institution of this brand was opened in Kyiv and soon New York citizens will be able to taste Ukrainian food as well. It is said that ‘Korchma ‘Taras Bulba’ is extremely popular among the Russian show-business stars, even Volodymyr Putin came to one of the restaurants.

There is a salad ‘Zakarpattia’ in the well-know Korchma’s menu. For its preparation restaurants’ chefs take boiled beef tongue, zucchinis, eggplants, carrots, onions, bell peppers, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, soy sauce, almonds, lettuce and parsley for the decoration.

You can easily prepare such a salad at home. To do so you need to cut all the vegetable into big cubes, fry them separately and join everything together, add chopped garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce and the olive oil. All this should be stirred, put on a plate, decorated around with the boiled beef tongue slices, which can be soaked in soy sauce for 5 minutes for the better taste. The top of the salad is sprinkled with roasted almonds, decorated with lettuce leaves and sprigs of parsley. It is said that ‘Zakarpattia’ turns out to be very tasty.
