Rivers of beer will be flowing in Mukachevo

On September 14-16, Mukachevo will host the Third Beer Festival of Transcarpathia – "Varosh beer".

This event is held to revive the beer traditions of Transcarpathia founded by Prince Ferenc Rakoczi II in 1701 by signing the charter on the establishment of a brewery in the village of Podgering (Pidhoryany, Mukachevo district) and continued by the Counts of Schonborn.

The festival camp in the Peremoha Park will be open every day from 11:00 to 22:00.

The festival program is currently being formed.

Entrance to the territory is free, the Mukachevo city council informs.

The main highlight of the holiday, of course, is beer from local breweries.

The guests of the festival will be treated by local restaurants and chefs.
