In accordance with Part 4 of Article 46 and paragraph 1 of Part 6 of Article 55 of the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine", Part 6 of Article 7 of the Regulations of the Regional Council, taking into account the statement of the Regional Council deputies group, the following changes to the order of the Chairman of the Regional Council dd. 23.08. 2013 № 106/01-44 "On the convening of the fifteenth session of the Regional Council of the VI convocation" shall be made:
1. Determine the date of the fifteenth session of the Regional Council of the VI convocation as September 12, 2013.
2. Add to the agenda of the plenary session the following issues:
On amendments to the regional programs on housing.
On amendments to the Action Plan of the Transcarpathian Regional Office of the Search and Publishing Agency "Memory Book of Ukraine", the Regional editorial board of the book "Rehabilitated by History" and the editorial board for the preparation and issue of the "Collection of historical and cultural monuments of the Transcarpathian region" for 2013".
On amendments to regional programs for industry and infrastructure development.
On amendments and additions to the Program of environmental measures in 2013 and amendments to the Regulaion on the Regional Fund for Environmental Protection.
On amendments to the Education Development Programme of Transcarpathia for 2013 – 2022.
On granting hunting ground for the use of the public hunters and fishermen association "Svitanok."
On acception of the buildings and structures of the "Perlyna Karpat" Sanatorium" to the common ownership of territorial communities of villages, towns and cities in the region.
On Bene boarding pre-school of the Transcarpathian Regional Council.
