Refugee certificate for a native of Syria

Today, October 21, in the Main Department of State Migration Service of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region, there was a ceremony of a refugee certificate awarding.Under the order of the management of the SMS of Ukraine, the head of the agency Igor Mykhailyshyn handed this document to a native of Syria.  In his home country, that man was an architect. So the head of the migration service in the region wished Hamdan Koleb to find his rightful place in Ukraine, the country that gave him the refuge.

This year, it is the first refugee certificate, which has been issued by the migration service in Transcarpathia. According to the head of the department for work with foreigners and refugees of the Main Department of State Migration Service in the region Yuri Markov, since the beginning of the year, two persons have been recognized as refugees, 10 – as persons who need extra protection. Overall, 45 recognized refugees and 56 persons who were granted additional protection are registered at the territorial body of the migration service.
