Today at about 14.50, in Uzhgorod, on Dovzhenko street, officers of the K-Department of the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police conducted a lightning-fast operation to detain a high-profile criminal.
The preliminary reason for the detention is suspected extortion.
As the journalist Vitaliy Glagola reported on his channel on Telegram, the detainee was Yevhen Drebitko with the nickname “White”.
Last time Drebitko was in the news after the shooting in Mukachevo – he was detained in Nyzhni Vorota on February 8 on suspicion of being involved in the shooting. He was taken into custody for 60 days with the possibility of bail amounting to UAH 315,315.
