As uzhgorod.in reported, yesterday a trauma surgeon of the Vynogradiv district hospital reported to law enforcement officers that an 11-year-old 5th grade student of a Vynogradiv district school had turned to him for medical help with the diagnosis: concussion of the head soft tissues.
Vynogradiv District Prosecutors supervise the course of pre-trial investigation into the intentional infliction of minor bodily harm to the 5the grade student (Part 1 of Art.125 of Criminal Code of Ukraine – punishable by a fine up to 50 tax-free minimum incomes, or community service for 200 hours, or correctional labor for up to 1 year).
Data on the criminal offense have been listed in the Unified register of pre-trial investigations, preliminary investigation has been initiated.
According to preliminary information, March 14, a trauma surgeon of the Vynogradiv district hospital reported to law enforcement officers that an 11-year-old 5th grade student of a Vynogradiv district school had turned to him for medical help with the diagnosis: concussion of the head soft tissues.
As the police found out, during the class, the teacher of Ukrainian language had hit the boy on the head twice, causing minor injuries. The investigation continues.
