Pimp and prostitute were arrested in a private hotel in Uzhgorod

Pimping is considered a crime in Ukraine and is punishable by the Criminal Code: Art. 302 (creation or running of brothels and pimping) provides a fine or imprisonment for up to two years for the offense.
In the night, employees of police department for struggle with human trafficking documented the fact of pimping in a private hotel of Uzhgorod. It was found that 24-year-old lady from Uzhgorod brought a young client with a prostitute of her age, a resident of Perechyn. The client paid the prostitute for the "love service" UAH 200, of which, obviously, something was shared with a pimp … Now the latter is in trouble. The issue on criminal case institution is now being decided, – informs the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Transcarpathian region.
