The pensioner, who lives in Mukachevo, Tatiana H. addressed with a statement to the police about the rape of her daughter – a girl with a disability of the second category. According to her, the 17-year-old disabled daughter was raped by a friend, who had taken advantage of her helplessness.
During the consideration of the statement, the interviewed girl Christina said that on April 16 she and her sister together with two acquaintances came to her house to spend time together. Then, according to her, she voluntarily had a sexual intercourse with the acquaintance named Vitaliy.
During the forensic medical examination of the disabled no visible injuries pointing to a violent sexual act was found, the press service of the prosecutor’s office in Transcarpathian region.
At the moment the persons mentioned in the statement of the girl’s mother are being identified. Pre-investigation verification, which is controlled by the prosecutor’s office of Mukachevo, is being carried out.
