According to the locals, it has been like that for weeks.  "The Ave Uzhgorod administration refuses to remove the garbage that is out of containers.

Solid waste is removed from this territory in accordance with the terms of the contract.

We take only the waste in containers. Everything that is beside container is illegal waste.

Clearing of illegal landfills shall be commissioned and paid for by the balance holder of the territory, – the statement from the Administration of Ave Uzhgorod reads.
