On Nasypna street a shell was found

Yesterday, at 11.45, an operator of the Rescue Service reported to Uzhgorod city police that in the bushes on the bank of the canal on Nasypna street, an unknown person had found an object, similar to an artillery shell.

At the scene, the police found a 152 mm artillery shell of the World War II period, without marking, covered with corrosion.

Officers of the bomb squad of the State Emergencies Service Office took the shell to the military training ground near the village of Orikhovytsia, where it was disposed.
