On December 1, “improvement” for pensioners came

According to the Law on the State Budget for 2012, on December 1, the minimum cost of living for people unable to work (minimum pension) was increased by 28 hryvnias – from 856 UAH to 884 UAH.

The state budget of 2012 laid the following indicators of the minimum pension – from January 1 – 822 UAH, from April 1 – 838 UAH, from July 1 – 844 UAH, from October 1 – 856 UAH, from December 1 – 884 UAH.

The minimum wage in 2012 was in January 1 – 1073 UAH, from April 1 – 1094 UAH, from July 1 – 1102 UAH, from October 1 – 1118 UAH, from December 1 – 1134 UAH.

In 2012 the following values of the minimum cost of living were planned: from January 1 – 1017 UAH, from April 1 – 1037 UAH, from July 1 – 1044 UAH, from October 1 – 1060 UAH, from December 1 – 1095 UAH.

According to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the amount of the average pension in Ukraine as of October 1 was 1438 UAH.

The vast majority of 14 million Ukrainian pensioners receive a pension of about 1 thousand hryvnias.

Former officials receive 3 thousand hryvnias, customs officers – 4.5 thousand hryvnias, judges and prosecutors – from 6.5 to 7.5 thousand hryvnias.
