Transcarpathian Regional Contact Center has introduced an additional way of submitting appeals. In addition to telephony, Transcarpathians can submit appeals via the Internet.
In order to use the new free email service and submit an "electronic appeal," you shoud go to the homepage of the official website of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration at www.carpathia.gov.ua and click on the banner with the link to create an electronic appeal.
The next stage is registration on the site. To do this, the applicant should specify email that the confirmation of the registration will be sent to.
After that, applicants will be able to proceed to actual registration of appeals.
The appeal must include the full details of the applicant and clearly explain the essence of the raised issue. The content of the appeal should be concise and informative, contain specific facts on the matter. At the request of the applicant, the response to his or her appeal may be provided by e-mail or by phone.
After the registration, the "electronic appeal" is automatically sent to the Contact Center automated registry of appeals for further referral to the executive bodies which deal with issues raised in it.
