Not ready: Transcarpathia is on the list of the regions where quarantine cannot be relaxed

In Ukraine, 11 regions are not ready to relax the quarantine due to failure to comply with all the government criteria. Kyiv is also not ready. 
The Ministry of Health informed that as of May 22, 11 regions of Ukraine are not ready to move to the second stage of quarantine lifting. 
It is noted that Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Rivne, Khmelnytsky, Chernivtsi and Transcarpathian regions, as well as Kyiv and Kyiv region are not ready to lift restrictions.  
In these regions, there is a large number of infected people, high occupancy of hospital beds and low coverage of the population with testing for coronavirus.
