Who did the Security Service of Ukraine detain at the Transcarpathian Oblavtodor for a $ 15,000 bribe?

Journalist Vitaliy Glagola commented on the situation with the detention of the Oblavtodor director, which was reported by the Transcarpathian mass media:

– Today, prosecutors came quietly from Kyiv and together with officers of the Security Service of Ukraine detained the acting director of the Transcarpathian Oblavtodor State Enterprise for a bribe of 325 thousand hryvnias. His name is Roman Logoyda. He is the deputy director and is currently working as the acting director.
Almost $ 15,000 is the bribe for leaving the head of one of the Oblavtodor branches on his post. Tomorrow, the court will decide on pre-trial restraint for Mr Logoyda. I will try to give more details later.
