Uzhgorod citizens are invited to take part in updating the Register of the Territorial Community of Uzhgorod
The Register is a database designed to simplify the information sharing process to provide the community with automation processes. Therefore, the residents of our city, whose data are entered in the Register, will be able to save their time for obtaining various types of documents and in addition receive other services under the simplified procedure (including subsidies, benefits, assistance, etc.).
In order to enter their data or to update it in the Register of Territorial Community of Uzhgorod, residents need to submit the following documents to the Administrative Services Center (Poshtova Square, 3, 1st floor):
- passports (for foreign nationals, temporary residence permit / permanent residence permit) of all registered persons, ID-cards and extracts from the Unified State Demographic Register / Certificate of Registration;
- document on the right of ownership (use) of the house, which arose in accordance with the procedure established by law before 01.01.2004.
- address card (Form B) or house book.

We remind you of the schedule of reception of citizens in the Administrative Services Center:
Monday - 8:30 am to 4:00 pm;
Tuesday - 8:30 am to 4:00 pm;
Wednesday - 9:00 am to 8:00 pm;
Thursday - 8:30 am to 4:00 pm;
Friday - 8:30 am to 2:00 pm;
Saturday - 8:30 am to 2:00 pm
