Ten-day film festival starts in Uzhgorod on October 1 (PROGRAM)

The Carpathian Mountain International Film Festival will start on October 1 in Uzhgorod. The event will last ten days. Great films will be presented there, and also there will be master classes of famous professionals in film production.

October 1, Thursday, Open Office of the Regional State Administration. 
18.00 – press conference and opening of the film festival. 
19.00 – Gala show. Documentary film "Mustache Funk" (2020), directed by Oleksandr Kovsh. 
20.30 – competition program: feature short films. 
October 2, Friday, Open Office of the Regional State Administration. 
18.00 – master class. Safe tourism and review of climbing equipment, Kostyantin Balabanov. 
19.00 – competition program: documentary short films. 
October 3, Saturday, Open Office of the Regional State Administration. 
17.00 – lecture. How can your documentary project reach the international cinema financing market? 
Speakers: Alex Shiryaev, Director of B2B Doc – Baltic to Black Sea Documentary Network (Sweden) and Max Tuula, film producer, Estonia / Czech Republic. 
19.00 – competition program: animated short films and promotional videos.

17.00 – presentation of the project "In coexistence with the wildlife of the Carpathians" from the WWF. Speakers: Bohdan Vyhor, Head of the Rare Species Sector and Roman Cherepanyn, Coexistence for Preservation Project Coordinator. (SMART POINT HUB).
