COVID-19: the situation on the morning of September 16 in Transcarpathia, Uzhgorod, and Ukraine
As of September 16, the situation with coronavirus infection in Transcarpathian region is as follows:
During the past day, September 15, 73 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19, 5 of them are medical workers, and 9 are children.
3831 patients have recovered.
Overall, as of 9:00 am on September 16, 2020, 8829 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
For the past 24hrs, no deaths among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 287 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have died.

As of the morning of September 16, 1614 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
27 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.
876 people have recovered
24 persons have died.
21 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 688 are on outpatient treatment.
627 Uzhgorod residents are on self-isolation
In the last 24 hours, mobile crews have collected 153 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction test.

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on September 16, there have been 162660 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 3340 were fatal, 72324 patients have recovered. During the day, 2958 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
