COVID-19: the situation as of September 24 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine

As of the morning of September 24, 1790 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

22 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.

976 people have recovered  

24 persons have died.
  
13 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 779 are on outpatient treatment.

In the last 24 hours, mobile crews have collected 116 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction test. 

In Transcarpathia, during the past day, 74 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19.

For the past 24hrs, 4 deathы among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 has been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 298 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have died. 

4364 patients have recovered.

821 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.  

Overall, as of 9:00 am on September 10, 2020, 9417 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 974 are health care workers and 523 are children.

In Ukraine, 3372 new cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in the past 24 hours

As of Thursday morning, September 10, 3372 new cases of infection have been registered in Ukraine. 52 people with confirmed diagnosis have died. 

This is evidenced by the latest data published on the website of the Coronavirus Epidemic Monitoring System of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).

In total, during the entire period of the epidemic in Ukraine, according to the National Security and Defense Council, 188106 cases of COVID-19 infection have been confirmed. 83458 people have recovered, 3757 people have died.

Most new cases were found in the city of Kyiv (307), and in Dnipropetrovsk (298), Kharkiv (285) and Ternopil (265) regions..
