The mayor of Uzhgorod wrote in detail about the project on Facebook.
"New pedestrian and bicycle paths, which are being built as part of the major repair of Slovyanska embankment, will stretch from the Masaryk transport bridge to the bridge on Mykola Bobyak Street. Their length is almost 2.5 kilometers. The repair project envisages the installation of 18 new benches and also installation of three ramps for unimpeded access for low-mobility citizens, mothers with prams and cyclists," – the post reads.
