Uzhgorod City Council is going to court about demolition of illegally constructed facility (PHOTOS)

This construction project is located on two plots of land with different purposes and forms of ownership.

The Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of Uzhgorod City Council reported that at the facility, located at the corner of Oleksandra Mytrak and Robocha streets in Uzhgorod, despite the legal requirements of the regulations issued by the Department, construction works are being carried out without permits and with numerous violations of the legislation in the field of urban planning.

During an unscheduled inspection, it was established that construction work was being carried out on one of the land plots without permits.

Employees of Department of State Architectural and Construction Control found a number of violations of the law in the field of urban planning and in March this year drew up a report on administrative offenses, an order to stop preparatory and construction work and an order to eliminate violations of legislation in the field of urban planning, building codes, standards and rules. The developer paid the fine, but did not comply with the order.

Uzhgorod City Council appealed to the court to have the illegal construction project demolished.
