COVID-19: the situation as of the morning of October 3 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia and Ukraine

 In total, during the pandemic, the number of coronavirus cases reached 222,322. 4,353 people have died and 98,737 have recovered.

In Transcarpathia, over the past 24 hours, 101 residents were diagnosed with coronavirus. 6 of them are medical workers and 4 are children. This was reported in the Transcarpathian Regional Center for Public Health.

According to the agency, a total of 10,105 Transcarpathians have been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the region, of which 1,024 are doctors and 565 are children. Over the past 24 hours, 102 Transcarpathians have recovered (in total – 5,133). In the past 24hrs, two patients with a diagnosis of COVID-19 have died (a total of 311 patients with a diagnosis of COVID-19 have died since the beginning of the pandemic).

As of the morning of October 3, 92,104 PCR tests and 33,355 ELISA tests for COVID-19 have been conducted in the region. 504 samples of biological materials were collected over the past 24 hours and sent to the virology laboratory for PCR testing.
