COVID-19: the situation as of the morning of October 21 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine
The situation regarding COVID-19 in Transcarpathia as 9.00 October 21:
During the past day, October 20, 156 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19.
1189 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.
For the past 24hrs, 1 death among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 has been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 339 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have died.
Overall, as of 9:00 am on October 21, 2020, 12112 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 1151 are health care workers and 676 are children.

As of the morning of October 21, 2390 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
22 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod. One person died.
1465 people have recovered
32 persons have died.
47 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 846 are on outpatient treatment.

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on October 21, there have been 315826 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 5927 were fatal, 132219 patients have recovered. During the day, 6719 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
