The long-term plan for Transcarpathian region has finally been posted on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers

The order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on approval of the long-term plan for the formation of communities in Transcarpathian region has been published on the Government's portal.

According to the decentralization expert Oleg Luksha, the currently approved plan differs from the one submitted by the regional state administration by about 5 percent. "For example, Vyshka community is gone, by the way, a village one, which is located behind the Tisa in a separate valley. Now there is no more Vyshka community. Instead, there is Zolotarevo community."

After the Cabinet of Ministers approves the long-term plan for the formation of communities, the protests began in Transcarpathia again: locals say that Kyiv is not listening to them.
