Transcarpathia does not meet the Ministry of Health criteria for further quarantine relaxation

The second stage of the quarantine, which provides for the relaxation of quarantine restrictions, can be introduced in the region provided that the epidemiological situation in the region meets certain criteria. These criteria reflect the control of virus transmission, the capacity of hospital network, epidemiological facilities and the health care system in general to counteract the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus: 
1) the incidence (number of new cases of COVID-19 in the last 7 days per 100,000 inhabitants) is less than 12 per 100,000 inhabitants (weekly incidence rate per 100,000 inhabitants during the peak of the epidemic in Ukraine +50%); 
2) the bed occupancy in health care facilities designated for hospitalization of patients with confirmed COVID-19 is less than 50%; 
3) coverage by testing is not lower than the incidence level – ie the average number of tests (by polymerase chain reaction and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) during the last 7 days is more than 12 per 100,000 inhabitants.
