Arriving at the scene on Stantsiyna street, patrol police officers noticed a damage to a metal fence. After watching the footage from video surveillance cameras, the inspectors found out that a taxi driver may have been involved in this accident. By calling the taxi service, they identified the driver who was driving the car.
Patrol policemen found the man at his place of residence. He explained that while driving down the street, he was too late to notice a car driving in front of him. So, to avoid a collision, he drove into a metal fence. Fortunately, no one was injured in this car accident.
As a result, reports under Art. 124 (Violation of traffic rules, which led to an accident) and Article 122-4 (Leaving the scene of a traffic accident) of the CAO were drawn up against the man.
