COVID-19: the situation as of July 4 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine
As of the morning of July 9, 631 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine".
9 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod.
345 people have recovered
13 persons have died.
12 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized, 264 are on outpatient treatment.
In the last 24 hours, mobile crews have collected 98 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction test.
In Transcarpathia, during the past day, July 8, 356 people sought emergency medical care, 47 of them had symptoms of acute pneumonia, 34 were suspected of having COVID-19.
723 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.
89 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19, 13 of them are medical workers, 4 are children.
For the past 24hrs, five deaths among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have been reported.
1117 patients have recovered.
Overall, as of 9:00 am on July 9, 2020, 3633 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 522 are health care workers and 195 are children.

In Ukraine, 810 new patients with coronavirus disease COVID-19 have been registered in the past 24 hours, including 48 children and 56 health care workers. 222 people have been hospitalized. In total, 51224 cases of coronavirus infection have been recorded in Ukraine, including 3682 children and 7148 health care workers.
During the past 24hrs, 21 have patients died, in total - 1327.
Over the past 24hrs, 665 people have recovered, in total - 24784.
Most new cases were recorded in Lviv (119) region, the city of Kyiv (93), Transcarpathian (89), and Rivne (76) regions.
