Prosecutor’s office approved an indictment against a Transcarpathian for illegal gravel mining on the Uzh river (PHOTOS)

The procedural prosecutor of the Perechyn department of the Uzhgorod local prosecutor’s office approved the indictment against a private entrepreneur from Velyky Berezny district for illegal extraction of minerals of national importance (Part 2 of Article 240 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). 
It has been established that the entrepreneur, without any permits, extracted sand and gravel mixture on the banks of the Uzh river near the village of Zarichovo, Perechyn district.
Further pre-trial investigation is being carried out by investigators of the Perechyn police department. Perechyn Prosecutor’s Office provides procedural control in the criminal proceedings, the press service of the Transcarpathian Prosecutor’s Office informs.
