COVID-19: the situation as of December 4 in Uzhgorod, Transcarpathia, Ukraine

The situation regarding COVID-19 in Transcarpathia as of 9.00 December 4:

15022 Transcarpathians have recovered

During the past day, November 29, 187 persons were diagnosed with COVID-19.

962 samples of biological materials for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) testing were collected.

For the past 24hrs, 4 deaths among patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have been reported. In total, since the beginning of the pandemic, 548 patients diagnosed with COVID-19 have died. 

Overall, as of 9:00 am on December 4, 2020, 24067 patients have been diagnosed with COVID-19. Of those, 1975 are health care workers and 1252 are children.

As of the morning of December 4, 5212 Uzhgorod residents have been confirmed to have COVID-19. This was reported by the health department of Uzhgorod city council and Uzhgorod city and district branch of the State Institution "Transcarpathian Regional Laboratory Center of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine". 

48 new cases of coronavirus have been reported in the past 24 hours in Uzhgorod. 

3083 people have recovered  

76 persons have died.
  
2053 Uzhgorod residents are hospitalized or on outpatient treatment.

According to the Public Health Center, as of 9:00 am on December 4, there have been 787891 laboratory confirmed COVID-19 cases in Ukraine, of which 13195 were fatal, 397809 patients have recovered. During the day, 15131 new cases were confirmed. Currently, coronavirus disease has been detected in:
