Undeclared Italian branded clothing was confiscated at the customs (PHOTOS)
The carrier of one of the Rivne companies decided not to declare at the customs post "Tisa" of the Transcarpathian customs new collectible clothes from well-known brands and thus save on taxation.
Returning from Italy, where he had been on business, in a truck, in the customs control zone, he declared in the accompanying documents the cargo of "pipes for use in hydraulic systems in industrial production." But when customs officers checked the driver's cab, they found on the shelf a plastic bag with new clothes, including sweaters, coats, dresses, T-shirts, shorts, a bag of well-known brands: "ELIZABETTA FRANCHI", "EMPORIO ARMANI", "Jucca", "Intrend", "DSQUARED2", "AUTUMN CASHMERE", "HUGO BOSS", "NIKE", "RALPH LAUREN", "IGEBERG".
Therefore, a report under Article 472 of the Customs Code of Ukraine was drawn up against the driver who failed to declare accurate information on goods being moved across the customs border that are subject to mandatory written declaration and taxation. The branded items were seized. Their final value will be determined by an expert in the near future.
