The prosecutor of Transcarpathia has resigned

The prosecutor of Transcarpathian region Volodymyr Havryliuk wrote a letter of resignation, Pershij.com.ua informs.  

The prosecutor will resign on August 25, 2020.

Volodymyr Havryliuk has been the prosecutor of Transcarpathian region for 4 years.

At one time, Volodymyr Havryliuk headed the Uzhgorod Prosecutor's Office: he was appointed to this position in April 2014. Prior to that, Volodymyr Havryliuk worked as the Deputy Prosecutor of the Lychakiv District of Lviv.

Volodymyr Havryliuk, a native of Lviv, worked in the prosecutor's office for seventeen years.

The reasons for the resignation are currently unknown.
